QuantumProof follows a foundation-first model similar to Ethereum: the foundation frames the roadmap and drafts core work orders, while the broader developer community builds, audits, and ships. There is no traditional corporate hierarchy.

Foundation responsibilities:

  • Define and publish quarterly work orders and core roadmap items.
  • Coordinate audits and compliance on a quarterly cadence.
  • Shepherd validator standards and ecosystem guardrails.
