Who we are

QuantumProof builds quantum-safe wallet, DEX, and explorer tooling. This policy covers our sites, wallet, DEX, and browser extension.

What we collect

• Wallet data you provide: public addresses, on-chain transactions, and configuration needed to operate the wallet/DEX.
• Support messages: information you send through contact/support forms.
• Diagnostics: basic, non-identifying telemetry (e.g., request outcome, timing) for reliability; we do not retain IP addresses or other identifiers in logs.

We do not collect personal identifiers beyond what you submit for support. We do not track your browsing history. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Chrome extension data

• Stores your wallet config locally in the browser’s storage. Private keys stay on-device; we do not receive them.
• May call QuantumProof endpoints to fetch balances, quotes, or submit signed transactions you initiate.
• No analytics, ads, or third-party trackers in the extension.

How we use data

• Operate the wallet/DEX/explorer and fulfill actions you request.
• Respond to support inquiries.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse (e.g., rate limiting, fraud checks).

Retention

Diagnostics are non-identifying and rotated regularly. Support messages are retained only as needed to resolve your request. Wallet configuration remains in your local storage until you delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent data. We may share minimal data with infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery) solely to operate the services, under confidentiality.

Region restrictions

We do not offer the wallet to U.S. persons. If you are in the United States or a U.S. person, you are not permitted to use the wallet.

Your choices

• Clear local data: remove the wallet/extension or clear browser storage to delete local configuration.
• Support removal: email us to delete prior support messages.
• Opt out: do not install or uninstall the extension/wallet; do not use the DEX if you do not agree.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access, and log rotation. No system is risk-free; keep your keys safe and never share them.
